Job Description

Hiring a consultative Sales Executive to meet businesses, understand operational challenges, and offer structured solutions. ERP or enterprise software sales experience is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through field visits, referrals, and local networks
  • Meet business owners, directors, and operations managers in person
  • Understand operational challenges such as process inefficiencies, manual workflows, and lack of visibility
  • Present tailored solutions to improve business operations
  • Coordinate discovery sessions and solution demonstrations with internal consultants
  • Build and manage a structured sales pipeline
  • Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Share market insights and customer feedback with the internal team

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or B2B sales
  • Comfortable meeting senior decision-makers face-to-face
  • Strong communication, questioning, and listening skills
  • Ability to explain business challenges and solutions clearly
  • Experience in ERP, enterprise software, or business systems sales is an added advantage
  • Self-motivated and disciplined with a results-driven mindset
  • Willing to travel locally for client meetings
  • Must be fluent in English & Sinhala
