Job Description
Hiring a consultative Sales Executive to meet businesses, understand operational challenges, and offer structured solutions. ERP or enterprise software sales experience is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through field visits, referrals, and local networks
- Meet business owners, directors, and operations managers in person
- Understand operational challenges such as process inefficiencies, manual workflows, and lack of visibility
- Present tailored solutions to improve business operations
- Coordinate discovery sessions and solution demonstrations with internal consultants
- Build and manage a structured sales pipeline
- Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Share market insights and customer feedback with the internal team
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or B2B sales
- Comfortable meeting senior decision-makers face-to-face
- Strong communication, questioning, and listening skills
- Ability to explain business challenges and solutions clearly
- Experience in ERP, enterprise software, or business systems sales is an added advantage
- Self-motivated and disciplined with a results-driven mindset
- Willing to travel locally for client meetings
- Must be fluent in English & Sinhala
