Edugate Universally Private Limited is a growing international education services organization working with global partners in the examination and education sector. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence and build strong partnerships across Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the education sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with education agents, institutions, and partners
Visit potential clients and present company services
Negotiate agreements and secure business partnerships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Represent the company in meetings, events, and partner discussions
Provide market insights and contribute to strategic growth plans
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to travel within Sri Lanka to meet clients and partners
Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude
Experience in the education or international services sector is an advantage
