Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the education and migration industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student recruitment and immigration services growth through lead generation, relationship building, outreach campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.

You will play a key role in expanding our footprint across India and neighbouring regions by developing partnerships with schools, colleges, and training institutes, and by promoting our Australian study and migration services through both online and offline channels.

Develop and implement lead generation strategies via digital marketing, social media, and networking.

Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into enrolments or migration clients.

Organize seminars, webinars, and information sessions to attract potential students and clients.

Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and universities to promote study-abroad programs.

Communicate effectively with clients and partners via VoIP platforms and email.

Manage all leads, follow-ups, and interactions within Zoho CRM.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute social media marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Create engaging content, success stories, and promotional material to boost the company’s online presence.

Coordinate with the creative team to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
