Job Title: Female Tele Sales / Business Development Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Female Tele Sales / Business Development Executive to join our team in Sri Lanka office. The selected candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, generating leads, and promoting our Dubai PRO and visa-related services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact individuals who are interested in Dubai visa services.
  • Find and communicate with clients who need freelance visas in Dubai.
  • Build relationships with travel agencies and business partners for freelance visa services.
  • Identify agents and new business opportunities.
  • Follow up with customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate preferred.
  • Good communication skills in Sinhala and basic English.
  • Previous tele sales / customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Confident in speaking over the phone.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / WhatsApp / Email).
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
