Automation Sales Engineers / Executives
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial automation, control systems,and related technologies
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to prospective customers
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored automation solutions
Recommend appropriate products, systems, or services based on technical specifications
Collaborate with engineering teams to design and specify automation systems
Assist in planning and coordinating automation projects from conception to completion
Support project execution by ensuring clear communication between customers and internal teams
Monitor project milestones and report progress to stakeholders
Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and technical documentation for customers
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, proposals, and project timelines
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and technologies in automation
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical training to clients or internal staff
Provide post-sales support including troubleshooting, commissioning assistance, and service coordination
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any complaints or concerns in a timely manner
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
Contribute to marketing efforts by identifying target industries and customer segments
Qulifications:
Dipoloma or higher qulification in Automation, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Marketing
Freshly graduated candidates applications are most welcome
Proven experience in automation will be added advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
