ICT is seeking a detail-oriented Associate Accountant to support daily accounting and finance operations across APAC markets. The role will assist with bookkeeping, AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations, payments, and financial reporting while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and perform daily bookkeeping.
• Manage AP/AR, invoicing, payments, and account reconciliations.
• Process vendor invoices and maintain payment schedules.
• Perform bank, vendor, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with audits, tax filings, and compliance activities.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and banking partners as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting or finance experience.
• ACCA/CA qualification or ongoing professional studies are an advantage.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and numerical skills.
• Good communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
