Location: Work From Home + Moratuwa Office (1 Day per Week)

We are seeking a motivated and confident Appointment Setter to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to build rapport with prospects over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and business owners.
  • Introduce company services and generate interest in real estate opportunities.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and secure appointments.
  • Handle objections professionally and effectively.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Cold Caller, Telemarketer, Appointment Setter, or Lead Generator.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
  • Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Strong phone etiquette and objection-handling abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Basic computer literacy and experience using CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work-from-home environment.
