Job Description

We are an Education Agency based in Australia, recruiting international students to study in Australia. We currently have two vacancies and would like to join new members for our small team in the Sri Lankan branch located in Gampaha.

JOB ROLE: ADMIN ASSISTANT & STUDENT COORDINATOR

About you:

  • Age: between 23-28 years old (Female)
  • Education:
  •    Passed G.C.E.A/L
  •    Advanced/ Higher Diploma in Business, IT, or any other related field
  • Experience:
  •    1-2 years experience in a similar job role.
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with clients, and third parties.
  • Good knowledge of English speaking and writing.
  • Ability in easy writing and letters in English.
  • Good in presentation skills
  • A team-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • The applicant needs to live close to Gampaha town.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide students on study destinations, courses, universities, and visa processes.
  • Coordinate with students to collect their documents and assist in solving their queries.
  • Assist management in handling the visa process.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract prospective students.
  • Contact and follow up on leads from various channels like online inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Keep accurate and updated records of client interactions.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms.

What we Offer:

  • Full-time role, job start in January 2025.
  • Work days:
  •    Monday – Friday, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm
  •    When required needs to be available to work on Saturday.
  • Training will be provided for successful candidates.

  • Salary: Rs: 35,000 to 55,000 + commission and bonus
