How You Will Contribute:

• Keep loan data updated and organized to ensure everything is accurate.

• Collect, review, and file loan documents, fixing any issues quickly.

• Support building client relationships and act as the main contact for clear communication between third parties, borrowers, and our team.

• Handle loan tasks like scheduling appraisals and inspections.

• Assist in creating and managing loans in our origination system.

What We’re Looking For:

• No real estate or lending experience needed; related experience is a plus.

• A hardworking individual who is eager to learn about real estate investing.

• Highly organized, proactive, and dependable with strong time management, multitasking and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) andquick to learn new tools.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
