Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain the accounting package with accurate and timely entries
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities
• Handle VAT, SVAT, VAT Returns and IRD-related processes
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
• Handle invoices, payments and supplier/customer records
• Maintain and monitor stock records and inventory
• Monitor stock movements and coordinate stock-related documentation
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors and banks when required
• Handle import-related accounting documentation
• Ensure timely payments and statutory obligations
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
Requirements:
• AAT qualified or part-qualified in CIMA, ACCA, ICAS or equivalent professional qualification
•1-2 years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance
• Experience handling full accounting functions independently is an added advantage
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer/web-based applications
• Experience in automotive spare parts and import-related functions is an added advantage
• Good communication, organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
