Job Description

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Minimum 3 passes at the G.C.E Advanced Level Examination. (Prior experience in the medical lab industry would be an added advantage).
  • Good level of communication skills in Sinhala & English, having knowledge in Tamil would be an advantage. 
  •  Having a pleasing personality and willingness to work on roster basis, which includes night shifts.
  •  Passion for Customer service and problem solving.
  •  Computer literacy and Time management.
  • Key Responsibilities

    You need to maintain department service standards while delivering high quality service to Patients/ external & internal clients when carrying out duties at the Customer Care division Call Centre. Responding to emails and following up correspondence in relation to different services of the lab on a timely manner is an important area of responsibility. You will perform both front - and back - office duties which include preparation of documents for relevant requirements. You will interact with patients and professionals (medical specialties, doctors) and the laboratory staff.
