Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Technician to install, maintain, and repair hardware and software components of computer systems and networks. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, a passion for technology, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Set up, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, and peripheral devices.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues (hardware and software) in a timely manner.
Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
Install and upgrade operating systems and applications.
Provide technical support to end-users, both remotely and on-site.
Maintain inventory of equipment and manage repairs and replacements.
Document technical procedures and repairs.
Ensure all systems and networks operate securely and efficiently.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Computer Technician, IT Support Specialist, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
Familiarity with diagnostic and remote troubleshooting tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.

Work Environment:

Office settings, client sites, occasional remote work.
May involve lifting and moving computer equipment.
