The Job role

  •  Responsible for driving towards and monitoring the branch achievement using key performance indicators.
  • • Manage the business performance of the Branch, Bancassurance Officers and Field Staff. 
  • • Plan and direct staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop and control effective sales and distribution. 
  • • Execute strategies to ensure the growth of new business.
  • The pre-requisites for the position would be 

    • Professional qualification in Sales/Marketing.

    • Minimum of 4 years in insurance distribution management with at least 2 years in a branch management capacity.

    • Good communication skills. 

    • Good interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to handle pressure.
